DoT compliances to be observed
DoT Compliances are forms that must be filed and submitted to the Term cell. There are two types of DoT Compliances:s
Change in OSP
If there is any change in the original OSP registration, such as the change in director, change in connectivity, or infrastructure, then the Term cell needs to be made aware of it within 15 days of such changes.
Annual Return
The DoT license holder must file the second DoT Compliance, i.e., the Annual Return, within 6 months of the end of the financial year.

The applicant of the DoT Compliance should be a company registered under the Companies Act 1956.

The DoT License holder must submit the following documents to file the DoT Compliance through the annual return:
- Name of the OSP
- OSP registration number
- Address of the registered office.
- CIN of the company
- CIN of the holding company (is applicable)
- Employee details
- Balance Sheets
- Profit and Loss Statement.

How to file DOT Compliance(s) in India?
The process of filing the DoT Compliance is as follows:
- Gather the required documents necessary for filing annual compliances.
- Fill out the appropriate compliance form as prescribed by the Telecom Authority.
- Submit the compliance form along with the furnished documents to the Authority.
