Free eBooks can be found at these 5 eBook retailers
The popularity of ebooks has skyrocketed in recent years. You can find an ebook version of almost any book with minimal effort. If you want to save money on ebooks, you can always look for sales, but doesn’t the idea of getting them for free sound better?
Many different ebook platforms exist, which is convenient. Here at Ghostwriting Service, we’ll show you five different places, from online bookstores to digital libraries that fill in the blanks, where you can download free ebooks. We’ll begin with the latter, but don’t worry if you don’t find what you’re looking for there; there are plenty of other options.
In the Amazon Kindle Store.
In case you’re on the lookout for no cost Kindle books, you’ve found the right place! Both the Top 100 Free Best Sellers list and the Free Popular Classics page can be found in the Amazon Kindle Store (both can be found on the Free Popular Classics website).
For avid readers who appreciate indie works, Kindle Unlimited may be a great value at $9.99 per month for access to over a million titles with no monthly reading quotas.
To put it simply: Apple Bookstore.
The Apple Books Store is another popular online bookseller that gives away many of their books for free. Additional tabs include “First in Series,” “Try Something New,” and “Newly Added.” While Amazon has a larger selection of free fiction options, Apple Book Store is still a great place to look. If you enjoy thrillers and sci-fi, you will enjoy this book.
It’s the Google Play Bookstore.
Google Play, being a search engine, naturally makes it easy to find free ebooks by simply typing the phrase into the search bar. You can browse by category if you don’t know the title you want to look for. When you click “See more,” you’ll be taken to a page with additional details about the freebies being offered.
Not many popular novels can be found for free on the Google Play Store, but nonfiction and shorter works are well worth checking out (particularly test prep and self-help books).
Online Barnes & Noble.
As mentioned by best audiobook service team, Barnes & Noble is a brick-and-mortar bookstore, but its online bookstore offers a wide variety of books for free or at deeply discounted prices. B&N’s Free eBooks page retains a reassuring aspect of human curation with “Staff Picks” at the top and an eye-catching section of free magazines below. Some of B&N’s free titles are only accessible through the NOOK Reading App, which can be downloaded for free but requires an extra step.
This is the Kobo Bookstore.
Kobo is the only remaining major player in the literary e-trailer market, thanks to its extensive digital store and line of e-readers. Free ebooks are available on Kobo when you select “Free eBooks” from the menu that appears when you hover over the “eBooks” tab. Even seasoned readers will be impressed by Kobo’s selection, which includes many free titles not found elsewhere, especially in the romance and thriller genres, as well as a list of #ownvoices authors for those interested in reading works by authors of diverse backgrounds.
